Thundermist Health Center in Wakefield is one of three comprehensive Community Health Centers offering services in adult medicine, pediatrics, mental health counseling, obstetrics/gynecology, dentistry, social services and the WIC program. They provide care regardless of ability to pay. Thundermist serves northern, central and southern Rhode Island at community health center sites in Woonsocket, West Warwick and South County.
