Description:

The Department of Human Services supports low-income working families by providing access to affordable, high-quality early care and afterschool programs. Child Care Assistance program (CCAP) is available to families who meet income guidelines and are working a minimum of 20 hours per week at or above Rhode Island’s minimum wage. Child Care assistance is also available to families participating in the RI Works program.
