Working from the foundations laid by Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous (NA) serves to bring the effective treatment strategies of AA to other forms of substance abuse. NA is a nonprofit fellowship of men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem. They are recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean.
